whats going on with this plant?

is it light burn? nute burn? or a def? When it was under the fluros the leaves kept bending up against the bulbs.It was doing it then too, just not as bad as now. I just moved then under the hps and switch to flowering nutes In DWC,with same nutes and ppm for 8 different strains, this is the only one doing this.

It's at 750ppm, I just switched from grow to bloom nutes, it was at 650ppm prior to the switch, ph of 5.8. Hoping to top out around 950 ppm in flowering.
