Was totally normal for us to be pullin 5-8lbers outdoor. I've hit the ten pound mark with blue dream. Those plants were fucking huge. 5lb's, with a really good flavor, is what we aimed for. 400 gal sp's, with about a yard and a half of ammended soil underneath those sp's.

Best I ever pulled was off an 8 footer of some Strawberry Silver Haze last season. About 8-8.5lbs-ish. That shit sold fast too.

Fuck yeah! Nice! Bet it was some good shit too.
It blew my mind when I got in with these guys around here a while back. Had no idea that plants were grown that big. I use to fly up north to humboldt to get cuts when I was a kid, and those particular guys were pulling around 2-3 lbs per. Same with my family and friends in the Santa Cruz mountains. I don't think anyone understands how much bud was grown around here in Butte Co, and other counties other than mendo and Humboldt.
Gotta love prop 215/sb420. But look at us now! Allot of us are fucked because of sb420 now:-(
It was fun while it lasted though.

I grew outside for years and was tickled pink to get a couple pounds off a plant...but that was a long time ago and we rarely get 100% sunny days...
cloudy/partly cloudy is the norm here...

I could see getting more in a Cali like climate...wouldn't mind trying that with what I know now compared to then... hell, we didn't even have books on the subject let alone internet...you figured shit out on your own or you copied what the other locals did...

Keep revegging the same plant and you could have a single plant that produces..100lbs? depends on how long you keep cycling it.

A warehouse with retractable roof would be the bomb..grow trees you could harvest and reveg, still have access to the sun when you need it.

12 lbs in SW Mo. She was a beauty! That more than doubles my next closest harvest but4 or 5 outdoors is pretty easy.
