Sprayed with Dr doom 3 in 1 formula 420 twice but can't seem to stop the feasting
Same thing cannot find any solid evidence of bugs or any one specific kind of bug. I only get to see them first light and like 5/6 pm on, but I feel like it happens during mid day hrs. I'm about to spray again it seems to help for only a day or two thoughI have the same on 2 of my outdoor plants, I dont see any bugs when I look under the leaves. Could be earwigs at night we have alot of those. I might try silica.
I had put d.e on soil but not plant you mean dust the dry d.e. onto the the plant with the feather duster, than in the am rinse the d.e. off? Just Wana make sure I'm understanding you correctlyDry d.e. they won't be back if they get into it. Dust your plants with a feather duster at sun down, and spray them off at sun up once

Right on I'll give it a tryYes
Really don't even gotta rinse it, but if you dust it real good you may wanna rinse the bottom of the leavs so she can breath good.
I'm gonna attach a photo but something like this??? Too much, not enough? ...didn't have a duster so I pulled some feathers from my turkeys ass lol worked greatYes

WNYIf you are in southern ont like i am then it probably is earwigs. They just started to appear here but they are not adult size yet, still small so that would explain the small holes. When they become adults, one will take half of a leaf.
Your de dusting will work on earwigs. I like to pile the de around the base of the trunk at the soil. They are crawling bugs and there is only one way up.
DE for sure, even if you use something else, too. I dust with it often, at least once a week during veg.Dry d.e. they won't be back if they get into it. Dust your plants with a feather duster at sun down, and spray them off at sun up once
I played lazy man and bought the 3-1 Premium lol.. Ive never used canola oil sprays before, would they be safe to use in early flowering?Dr Doom 3 in 1 is just extremely expensive canola oil.
You need to make contact with the pests when you spray it as the way it works they need to be coated in it. Bugs that come along after it's sprayed may not be affected by it as you've found out. Neem oil would be better as it is unappealing to bugs that come along after it's been sprayed on leaf surfaces and they'll go somewhere to find a meal that tastes better. Sesame oil is also a good oil to use as a deterrent.
Reading the label of Dr Doom it's 96% canola oil. The other 4% is going to be a stabilizer and surfactant. You can mix it yourself with some store bought canola oil and a few drops of soap. You can get 48 oz bottles of canola oil at the grocery store for under $5 vs $25 for a quart of Doom.
