but for the nu-bes i would say flouos 200 watt plus for beginers because of the heat stress with hps's !

I haven't checked this thread in a while, but I was talking like more specific in terms of bulbs... i.e. Hortilux, Solarmax, Sunmaster, or my personal fav. Agrosun 600 hps. on a dual light setup. That's what i use.... No swtiching between MH and HPS either just one bulb all the way through. Great yields!
