Whats the best option

Hey y'all, new to hydroponics, and was wondering what you thought would be the best option for a small, 4 plant grow. My biggest consideration right now is cost, I want to keep this very cheap, so any suggestions would be appreciated. Should i do ebb/flow, is bubbleponics going to be easier to maintain? is drip system idiot proof?

define youre definition of cheap and then we could go from there...do you already have any equipment needed...example...lights,nutes,fans,timers,air pump,water pump,air and water lines and fittings????????
