I'm a fan of the jars...simple,clean ,reusable , allowing for a nice slow cure once the O2 in the jar, has all been used up.
easy to clean easy to mark and label ,even work with Little bovida pacs.
generally will give you 2-plus of primo storage, which can also include freezing for long term quality check..
To me the pre-dry is the most important ,and I use large brown paper bags to slow down the drying process and once the desired humidity has been reached its a matter of providing a little time for curing in the jars and you will have smoothe choke free, quality, cannabis, as fresh as possible.
nothing added modified or removed...and no irradiation...
then there is my hash collection method where I take only the bottom half of all my plants hang them in doors to promote even drying and the using a nice leather work glove, I just strip each and every stalk by pulling it thru my work glove
and no trimming is required for between 5 to 10 lbs of lower quality bud and small leaf ( the "large" leaf collection paper bags at crappy tire) make a perfect place to house and store a large qty of hash making material.
The whole collection can be done in approx 20 mins and you can fold over the top of the paper for perfect storage, no more work required..
leave sitting in the brown paper bags until you want to use it, the drier it becomes over the first month or two insures
decarbing is complete...and you have a usable product for making oil or hash and a nice large qty of mmar base material for making medicine for yourself.
