Whats the better for autos

Hi I have a couple of big bang Autos starting to show signs of flowering. I am currently growing them under a 450 watt led grow light and it has 2 buttons on it 1 for growth and another for bloom I also have a 600 watt hps grow light. My question is which light is better for this type of plant or this stage in the plants life cycle?

Both work great!600w hps, perfect.450w led on bloom setting,with red/purple lights?PERFECT!I wish I had 'em.

HID is always better for growing provided you can deal with the heat, other stuff is fine as supplementary or early vegging. you will get people claiming this and that but its crap, thats why 90% of growers use HID.
