What's The Damage?

Do you mean the necrotic spotting and leaf curl on the upper part of the plant?

If so I tend to think there possibly could be two causes. Unless it was the lighting the leaves (not just the ones in question) look very dark green. That is a sign of excessive nitrogen and it will cause the plant's vascular system to constrict. If the levels go much higher there can be burning and also nute lockout.

The other is necrotic spotting on upper leaves can be due to a Manganese deficiency and often times that is due to large amounts of Magnesium in the growing medium.

At what stage of flower are the plants?

shit i really can't remember.....i think 6-7 weeks.

what should i do?

If you were asking about the necrotic spotting and leaf curl, depending on how long the plants have left to finish you would either back off on the N and let your plants use up what they have stored or flush very well if harvest is near and hope the plants have time to use up much of what is stored before harvested.

Additional: Smoking or handling whole marijuana infected by molds, mildews, and fungi can cause serious human health problems so if you have mold, cut your losses, remove the plant immediately and destroy it. Any and all tools, clothing, or other materials that came in contact with the affected plant(s) should be removed, sterilized or destroyed if you want to make sure you do not see more. But maybe just a darn good washing of clothing will be good enough.
