What is the difference between the autoflower and the photoperiod. And what is a ruderalis?
Just hit "Journal this post"Ruderalis is a plant native to a few different regions. It is marijuana but flowers by itself shortly after sprouting and growing usually a month. Photoperiod is what the "other" marijuana is. Marijuana naturally is photoperiod. This means that changes in times of light and dark are required for chemical changes to occur in the plant that trigger blooming. The general rule then is "12/12" - meaning 12 hours of light followed by 12 hours of TOTAL darkness. This will trigger the blooming phase of the plant ultimately ending in its death after completing flowering.
Again autos do not require any changes in light and can be run 24 hours of light from seedling to harvest. I am doing that. Autos are ruderalis crossed with a photoperiod strain in simple terms. Many arguers will follow. Autos were created so as to be all but foolproof. There are many "growers" who the designers overestimated.
BTW - how did you hack this account? Or whose journals for completing autos? Or really - WTF? Trolling for suckers?
Just weird. But hope it was answered.Yes I did journal one grow, but it was not my grow. I simply do not understand. So I asked if someone might explain it to me better. So sorry if you are confused.
