Lady bugs are their own best friends. Really do enjoy seeing them in the garden as they do great work.

Grew/gifted some Ewe2 last year. It was returned to me with the complaint it was too resinous and joints kept going out. Suggestions to use a bong/pipe/vape fell on deaf ears. It fetched a premium price elsewhere.

I literally wanted to test the ignorance of my friends.... they know more then most because they been around me for so long. So i grabbed some bags with labels on them , shoved my shit in there, sealed it up and told um it came from cali......not one single friend had a clue. "Man i want the cali shit, no disrespecting yours but that cali is on point!"
I would never cheat anyone so this is pure entertainment for me.....every time they come in i ask what makes the cali so much better ? they got all the good excuses. (close friends , no outsiders)
Exact same strain , one in a jar and one in a pretty sealed pack.

I had a guy tell me recently that he is starting a big grow op (not legal), barely knew the guy. To me that alone is hilarious.
However, he went on to how most people don't know how to grow but how he will put out the purple and he knows how to make all bud purple and it's a whole lot stronger because of his special methods.

Lol yes banana peel is great broke down. I just was talking to a guy few weeks ago who is laying the whole bananas peels directly on top of happy frog. And I always keep citrus out of compost or worm bins for sure

im the ONLY person i know who will do a full refund or exchange. Most of us are hard headed and you tell us its garbage an we defend it....nope not me ....if you think its rubbish then let me know and we will switch out strains.

This guy gives me weed every week cause he knows I got indoor going. I guess I was honest in saying. Yeah I can't do this anymore, it remind me of parsley. Every strain. You want to try the Banner? No thanks like I said I can't do this anymore.

if i get given something to try and they dont wanna hear a true opinion then i will throw it in the honey oil pile and tell him it was pretty good.

For the hobbyists- have fun- remember you get out what you put into this hobby- are you saving money in the long run??? Then great use you snake oil. Sometimes the truth isn’t gunna help those folks just having fun. Lol.

But the “proffesionals” they deserve the real criticism. There is one guy who really thinks he is the first every to grow pot( just started a year ago). Horrible attitude, knows everything. Blah blah. He literally looked me in the eyes and said “ wow I’ve got the step up because since I’m the first one growing around here, I’ll be some learning a few years from now and be the best in Michigan”. Ok dude we’ve be medical since 2008. Where ya been-

either way his sample was truly un recognizable/in smokable. Zero trics on the puniest eyelash sized “buds”. 15-20 pieces made up a gram.... I was honest, only because he’s big talk of his huge operation, and big $... I told him his product was trulythe worst I’ve seen , maybe ever. He then explained I just didn’t understand the strain. “Runts” so new and potent it doesn’t look like other bud....

I just remembered a jaw dropper that just about sums up the level of knowledge of budtenders at dispensaries.

when I first moved to LA there was a spot a few blocks from my job I would hit up on pay day. they had gotten in a batch of some really nice funky Exodus Cheese that I got a few weeks in a row. Next time I came in it was sold out. So I ask if they will be getting it back soon bc its one of my all time favs and hard to come by. The budtender looks at me dead in the eyes and says "yeah probably not, a lot of people can't tolerate dairy, it wasn't very popular". I laughed bc I thought she was giving me some deadpan humor. But after like 10 seconds of cracking up I realized she wasn't laughing. And then it hit me she was serious.

Trying to turn this back to the topic on hand. The weirdest thing I ever heard (not really funny) is that the strains from the 70s was the best buds that ever hit the earth. I disagree as we have all fine tuned it for the last 50 years and since the rise of the interwebs I honestly believe our strains to be even more potent. But I guess they don't believe that acapulco gold can't be topped. Funny how I can't find the seeds for that strain.
