Your humidity is high and that contributes to Botrytis setting up. Also , you are kinda high on nitrogen for being in flower ( dark shiny leaf ).

No, cut the mold out of affected sites, nip the suckers. Once completed, if u feel, you can do the wash, just stay on top of it, longer u wait better the cannabis. In the end it’s your call, it can get bad quickly with high humidity
