Whats your ec.... you should put this all in the initial post... your making this hard work man.

Have you calibrated your ec and ph meters?

Your symptoms could be....
Too cold
Water too cold
Ph is too high... pen drifting off
Nutes too weak.

You should be watering at lights on... not at night.

I don't worry about calibration i use liquid test and ph is on I guarantee. They got down to 66 a few nights bout it

Is there anything under the plants besides your tent? You said its in your basement in winter so I'm curious as to how cold your basement floors are? If the floors are cold enough they can cause issues with your root system.

Carpet buddy they did get cold 1 night a week 16celsius but only here and there the heater cord had a short
