whats the penalty when it comes to seeds

Was wondering how much trouble one can get into if he were to get caught getting seeds sent to him by mail

Here in the Uk holding seeds is not illegal until put into action, they are sold as collectables , you can order as many as you like ,
I just noticed your from Rhode island so my post is pretty pointless to you but hell i'll leave it anyways....

I was wondering this also.. I'm assuming customs would seize them if they happened to check your mail. Unless you were ordering like 1000's of seeds I'm assuming they would just send you a letter saying they have your items and not to do it again. That's what happens when friends of mine used to order steroids from overseas and a couple times customs snagged there orders.

I know Slater will be selling them, not sure which brands.

There are a couple local reps you can buy directly from,...save shipping and worry. Highflyr reps Alphakronic and a gent named Jay Green reps BC Bud Depot in RI.

FWIW, if you are ordering online, from out of country, and customs catches you, they just confiscate the seeds and replace them with a letter explaining your shit was nabbed. No legal repercussions, you're just out the dough and probably just screwed up your timeline if you're perpetual. Buy local, avoid the drama

Yea customs here in the US will just take the seeds and you get a letter a few weeks later. They usually don't mess with you unless the amount the find is HUGE! Slater isn't really that bad.. I did pay $40 for a gram of hash so that was a little high but overall it's a nice place. I wish there was a larger selection overall though. I'm starting my second grow attempt now so hopefully I won't need to rely as much on centers.

Defiantly recommend growing your own if u have the the time space and know how.its a great past time saves crazy cash and you choose the bud you want.
