Whats the point in posting here?

THis is by far the least responding growing board around.

I like how it has a dedicated section just for CFL growing but no one posts.... views go up like crazy but no feedback or anything... just people posting on their own posts

Guess the grass is greener on the other side

people just tend to post the same thing over and over, just different little shit piles here ane there. no-one waNTS TO SEE A CFL GROW. they wanna see multiple 1000wers, on flippers, with seasled hoods, carbon filters, and all that shit mane!!!! you honestly cant take a cfl grow seriously, the things are great only for veg.

like there isnt a million of these types of threads bashing how ppl get their nugs thru cfls.. Im sure the cfl community appreciated your concerns (while we sit back and light up laughing at people like you two ) but where's the love? arent we all here ultimately for the same thing?..dont bash those pushing the envelope with new ideas and techniques

Are you for real. CFLs have come along way. And frankly I will put my buds grown with 722watts of CFL up against any 600Watt or less HPS MH grow and you wont know the difference. I use T5s and Industral CFLs. I am not talking the 26watt walmart cfls I am talking pure 150+ watts CFL bulbs

hey john just thought id say hi seein as i viewed it! guess ppl are just to baked to reply half the time ^^like captain sez its all been said before this is a great site to use for reference if you read up im sure youl find what u need.
i luv using cfl and also cant wait to give led grows a go when the price of them comes down main factor being they produce next to no heat main reason i prefer cfl.
so ye completely agree with u there john about the new ideas etc but dont bash the forum

whattup pot, wasnt bashing the forum RIU is a great reference which is why i joined..Ive only used hps in the past and trying to go cfl this time around so ive read close to all threads on the cfl section since I joined, but these cfl bashing types of threads always come up here and there and i guess i read one too many to the point i had to say something.. Honestly for sice and captain I agree a 1000w makes great bud but doesnt mean that some other light source wont do great as well.. do some research or bring some evidence IMHO

Not everyone can afford or has the room for HPS/MH grows. CFL's work just fine with growing and are taken seriously. Why else would there be a separate thread? filled with successful grows?

This type of argument seems pointless, endless and always unavoidable.

If instead of us all being growers we were car nuts, the argument would be Japanese Vs. American, or Ford Vs. Chevy.
If we all played guitar it would be Fender vs. Gibson etc etc.

Anyone that has an inkling of intelligence doesnt bother to engage in this kind of argument, its pointless. We all have different space issues, budget issues. In the end its all about getting the most out of what you have to work with. At least to me it is.

this kinda shit cracks me up. oh no i rubbed a cfl'er a lil' wrong. my post was directed at OP, and why his whiny ass didn't get a response to his cfl grow. he took the time to say, the grass is greener on the other side. i believe contrary to this and will stand up for this site. if you didn't read into his post, and simply took offense to mine, sorry, it wasn't my intention. i rock cfl's in veg, but enjoy the increased output of hid in flower. i only took a stab at his method to spite him.

p.s. i have an extra 600. i'll go anyday against 722 of cfl. i'll be laughing when i pull an elbow on organics and you pull 4 ounces of fluff.
