Hi, just a quick question sorry, but i've just started germinating my seeds 2 days ago, nearly going to be 48 hours so that i can check on them, but since im in the UK, the temperatures have been around 10c (50f). They are in a dark place and ive used some good mineral water but i haven't been able to give it the warmth i need. Will it germinate in this termperature?

if it ever does... it will take forever. get those temps around 75-80 . even low 70's seemed to slow down the germination for me . took couple of days longer to sprout

How much time do i have for the seeds to germinate, or is having them in the water for a couple of days fine? it wont mess up the germination and destroy the seeds?

Wet a paper towel with water then loosely wrap the seeds around it place it in a bowl and then wrap the top with clear plastic, I usually just leave them on the counter and I get 90% germination rate with this method and i'm sure they stay warmer then floating in water. They dont have to be in a dark place.
