Are you feeding enough Mg?.....AND....Have you checked for pests? This is where I'd start.

What is your lighting that they are under?
If your running them under LED's with the Cyco nutrients you need to add 2 ml a gallon of a cal-mag product to get it to perform.

Looks like a magnesium deficiency.
No noticeable pest. I'm finding this line needs extra chelated iron in flower but not certain about veg. I did consider cal-mag. Will add and see. Thx.
