whats this fungus or disease

ok so iv got a little fungus or somthing in my indoor and on one of my outdoor plants. iv seen it before and iv been able to control it and manage it before but id like to know wtf it is this time and really bite this shit in the ass.

heres acouple pictures lmk what you think. it pretty much seems to be sucking fluids out of the affected areas until they dry up completely

and to every kid with a Jorge Cervantes grow bible i know to the untrained eye it looks similar to a P deficiency, but its not your just a noob...

i had already thought that before but i just cant see how, can too much phosphorus cause lockout? the reason it dosent make sense is i really dont think my ph is off let me take a picture of the girls lol, they dont look like there suffering from a ph problem

Yeah dude that is a phosphorus issue right there straight up the purplish leafs almost greyish what nutes are you feeding it ?
