Im no pro on scrog, but I put my net up when they are just about to reach the net height (roughly week 6 of veg), and as they grow into the net, start tucking and weaving through the 12/12 transition. .. then continue to tuck and weave through the stretch. Im still trying to learn the art of this myself.

As far as the LED's.. I run 100% all the time, even with young clones, I just set the height up higher, and let them grow to it. I'll adjust higher as they go through the stretch after the flip. I really only adjust lights maybe 3 times from start to finish. LED's are pretty forgiving. But then again, Im in a 20x30 open, and dont use any mylar, just flat white walls.

Depends on how big you want them, they will stretch quite a bit for about 2 weeks

No signs of over or under watering, excessive or under fertilization, green in colour... I'd say you've got things well under control there. Watch your N. I see a couple of leaf tips that may be indicating they're ready to have N reduced for the rest of the flowering period.
