and they have yoga classes and massage therapy
no I'm not advertising, nor am I affiliated, nor are they my caregiver

Riddle,
I think we're already starting to see competition and the laws of supply and demand at work in this industry. Six months ago you couldn't find a dispensary that would sell for $300/oz, today there are a quite a few of them, and the price just seems to keep getting lower. I still believe it's possible to grow commercially and keep your costs low enough that you could sell for $100/oz and still make a 15-20% net profit, and eventually someone is going to do it. The place you mentioned above is already closing in on that price point, and I can see the day coming when it will be inexpensive enough that far fewer people will go to the trouble of growing their own.

I agree with you 100%. $45 quarters is BOMB!!! A dispensary I really like is 14er Holistics in Boulder. The prices of all the herb that they grow themselves is $12 per gram - their most expensive guest strain gram is $14 and all they carry is top shelf herb. I think they are on the right track with their prices!

I grow organic hydro. It's my first (real) time doing it. I started out with the hydro-organic method (splitting root zones) with aero sprayers, but my soil stayed too wet.
Now I have it setup as a DWC grow with 100% organic nutes. I even lower PH with citric acid. And I've seen other people that do organic DWC grows. I even read a thread on another site where a lady was doing a high pressure aeroponics with 100% organic nutes. There are threads by BigToke on another site where he teaches how to make bio-buckets, which is a system that houses beneficial bacterium and regulates its PH on its own.

With the passage of House Bill 1284 and SB109 you can kiss about 50-80% of the 1100 dispensaries in Colorado goodbye. That will thin the herd really quick. Also if they get their way the police will have 24/7 access to the MMJ registry and will begin beating down the doors of everyone on the list. It was nice while it lasted Colorado, but this show looks to be coming to an abrupt halt. All because people don't know who to vote for.

Me too but frankly, I'm just too lazy to sit down and actually roll one. lol That's why I prefer my full metel pipe (which I get made fun of because) or vaip. Load it up and ready to go.

I roll my own cigs so it is nothing for me add some MJ, making your own is not only way cheaper (bout a dollar a pack) but there are no chems in the tobacco I buy

Thats a city ordinance, not something we got to vote on, although it seems that there is few of us here that live inside the city limits of denver.
So you compare yourself with a dispensary? Do you have to pay rent on a store front every month? Do you have to have a seperate location for the grow, that you must also pay for? Did you have to spend tens of thousands of dollars to get set up? Are you constantly required to jump through new hoops?
Dispensaries are there for people who do not want to go to someones basement to buy weed anymore and don't have an issue paying a premium for the ability to safely walk into a store and not have to worry (too much) about getting busted.
If your medicine and prices are that great you will have no problem getting 5 patients, no need to constantly spam on here.
If you really want patients off of here, you really need to be a lot more specific about things, why should we sign you up? What are you growing, what does your grow look like? What do you offer that no one else can? That is how to get patients, otherwise your probably just going to piss us off, as you apparently did already annoy fdd a bit, not that that is hard but probably not a good a idea.

LOL at you SocoMMJ is not like that at all.
I would never compare my self to a dispensary because there crap lol. I pay rent, I have to abide by the laws, I do not profit from MMJ I actually end up couple hundred behind most months. Because i dont scam people for there medicine and make a killing doing it I dont have to pay licensing fees. Also I only supply and care for my self and 3 other patients in order to stay legal. While i spent alot of money I did it for personal reasons and to help my friend and her mother that have some serious health issues. My setup is properly labeled and size in accordance with city ordinance, and amendment 20, HB1284 , SB109. I would not post on a public forum if i was breaking the law. Some people just dont think before they speak i guess. have done few interviews for patients already and not sure Ill be able to find real patients since my mother moved, it seems like everyone I come across isnt really in pain the broke a finger or something stupid and used it to get there license. I want patients that actually have ailments that are cured or improved by medical marijuana.

Not all of them. You have to remember that some caregivers are "crap" too, but most dispensaries don't go around spewing that on discussion boards. In fact most dispensaries that I know help caregivers however they can.

I do have a problem when you come on here and spew a bunch of crap about how dispensaries are here to do nothing but screw patients every way they can. I am fairly certain that we have given away more FREE meds last year than you have. Don't sit there and tell me how bad I'm shafting my patents because you have no clue who we are and what we do for our patients.

I have noticed MOST Denver Dispensaries are all about the money now. Even most of the ones that started out Good now have shit quality. I moved up to Fort Collins and its not much better up here BECAUSE THEIR ARE WAY LESS CHOICES which i hate. I love having Variety In Denver the 2 places i used to go now suck so i only go to one place up here in Fort Collins but thankfully they have Quality over Quantity.
