What's up with my leaves? Pests or environment?

currently I have 4 clones set up in my indoor grow room and since placing them in there a couple weeks ago I've noticed a few leaves with dry/cracked spots in between the leaf veins and some crusty edges on the leaf. It seems way too uniform to me for it to be a pest but what do I know. Maybe it could be heat?
Usually my room runs between 70-80 degrees but it's been in the 100s outside the last couple days and that made my grow room reach 86 degrees for 3 days.
I freshly transplanted these clones about a week and a half ago into ocean forest soil, so I don't think I'm lacking any nutes right now but let me know what you guys think. image.jpeg

It's hard to say ....have you noticed any webs or any bugs at all on the undersides of your leafs .....if I were you I'd get in there and check thoroughly for any pests moving around ....check the underside of the leafs and the stems real good ......if you do see bugs than yes neem is a good antifeedent and good to prevent problems period ......I personally rotate between neem and azamax myself ......also remember to put a drop off soap I use dawn into the neem water mix to get it to mix well/wetting agent ...good luck

Check under leaves good. Check got black spots. Could be thrips or spider mites. Get white paper plate or paper towel. Hold under branch shake look for black dots. If you see these it's bugs. Just a suggestion
