had no nutes til today in which i give it multi purpose fert in a tiny dose 23-8-13 + trace elements and ph down 18/6125w cfl 6inch away temps between 70-80f ,50-70humid watered when tops dry...... jiffy and seed potting soil.

strain related ? hope. more purple in person

If it was purple before adding nutes, im gonna point you to overwatered soil or improper soil mix. If it purpled after the nutes, your seedling is giving you the finger.

Whats wrong with just 6.5 water untill the cotyledons fall off? You are doing more harm then good.

The soil looks too dense and wet. I would add 50% perlite next time. That's probably going to take a week or more to dry.

You shouldn't be worrying about nutes until the plant is more established. I wait 2 or 3 weeks before the first feeding depending on the growth rate

Soils fine. Weed grows in anything. Even rice. Feed looks fine too. Dont over do it while the plants young. If its seedling soil like you say then feed it, after a weekish. The point of seedling soil is that it has low food and is what a seedling, wants. And you said your feeding light, good. If tje plant starts to yellow or go plale feed it more, and if it starts to claw or burn on the leaf tips, slow down.
