What's With Ice Dimples? (how clean's your bong?)

I'm about sick & tired of ice dimples & perks. Every one of my buds bong are so, so skanky. Why? Ice dimples & perks is why. You might declare that it's lazy stoners, but then what's your bong look like. Skanky right? Go ahead, admit it, the whole salt/alcohol thing is just plain too much to do for a constantly clean piece, right? What are your feelings on this subject.

Yes you are right FrostGenetix, hot water is the ticket for keeping your bong clean. I'm not so sure that hot water churning through a series of percolators is going to deliver a clean piece. Maybe if you do this daily or twice daily, I could see it. However, never, ever have I seen a person with a consistantly clean piece as you just can not find a bong out there that does NOT have perk & dimps. Have you ever seen a quality clear & open tube bong out there? To reiterate, I use hot water to clean mine. And I use a bottle brush as there's no perks or dimps, (it takes seconds) but i had to make my bong myself.

I just empty the water when im done smoking. Fresh water every use. Salt and alcohol will clean it up real nice if you aren't letting nasty water sit in it.

If only my buddies would us this system you mention Jimmyjonsetoo. They'll usually wait days & days till they start even thinking of cleaning theirs. I would be proud to puff with you any day!

I have one percolator bong, and i just shake it whit some hot water inn it... shoud do the job... and i do this mabye 1-2 times a day, cant have dirty bongs and asma ;)

ash catcher.... much smaller and easier to clean. dump and rinse after use, pretty easy. although i have an ocd wife, sitting bong water just aint happening.

personally i like my perks and ice dimples in my bong so much so that i have an additional perk that goes on before my bowl head but im religiously changing my water out i usually burn no more than two bowls before i change my water keeps her nice and clean.................. i very much dislike dirty glass wether it be for smoking or growing or even looking through for that matter
