Whats wrong here?

They are just a few weeks old, most looking badly stunted
Bagseeds under 600w hps about 2ft away
They are in 3g growbags with 3 parts top soil, 1 part cow manure compost, 1 part perlite with a fan blowing across the top of them
The leaves are getting brown spots and get crispy, all but one plant are yellow and stunted.
Recently gave them their first feeding with a small amount of fish emulsion in distilled water.

I don't own a PH meter so I'm guessing that is what is wrong here.
If anyone can help tell me whats off, please enlighten mekiss-ass

Hey there, I'm not a soil grower but i'v been having some problems myself that started out looking like your, and progressed to a dark green leaf with big brown and rust colored spots. for me it was over fert. perhaps your soil is nutrient rich. Your are also right in that it could be the beginnings of nutrient lockout due to a wild ph level. Like I said, Im no expert, but thats what it looks like to me.

I will get some stripes or a pen to check the ph of my runoff and hopefully solve the problem

I am leaning toward the cow manure being to hot for the plants. It looks like they have been burned and I suspect the cow manure is too rich for them. If your PH is good, look into the nutrients.

thanks tommy, good advice..and I think you're right about the manure being too hot, Ive never used it before and Ive never had problems like this
I've started to germ some more seeds because most of these are burnt to a crisp
