What's wrong in this pic?

So I had some early problems that I'm pretty sure were due to overwatering, but once I got the rockwool into a net pot and into the system she started doing pretty well - until yesterday when these brown spots started appearing on both of her first real leaves. The edges are also curling up just slightly.

I've done a bunch of research and it seems this could be a calcium deficiency, humidity or PH issue.

Relevant details ...

1. For the past week or so I've been giving her Technaflora nutes at just 100 ppm. But I mixed all the nutes together before adding them to my res, which apparently you're not supposed to do because some of the nutes cancel each other out at high concentration. So I assume this just lowers some available nutes, and it was only at 100 to begin with, so possibly it could be a calcium deficiency although I dunno if that's really possible at only 2 weeks or so. Or could my mixing the nutes together like that actually hurt the plant?

2. My air temps are dialed in between 72-80 but I've been struggling with low humidity in the low to mid 30s. I read that really low humidity can cause the leaf edges to curl up, similar to what heat stress does, but I don't know if low humidity has anything to do with the brown spots. I just bought a humidifier and am currently at 55%.

3. I've been seriously struggling with PH fluctuations from day 1. I'm only growing this 1 plant and so I only have a 2 gallon res, so I know fluctuations are gonna happen, but literally every morning my PH is 6.5-7 and I lower it back down to 5.5. It got to the point where I was adding so much PH down that it was literally doubling my PPMs, which I figured can't be good, so switched to using vinegar the past few days. I've read that these kind of thing can also be caused by extreme PH fluctuations, or who knows, maybe it's from using so much PH down at such an early age? I have an airstone going in the res 24/7 which I assume has something to do with it, but I can't get rid of it so not sure what to do.

Anyway, if anyone has any ideas for me I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!

Ph fluctuates a bit after initial set up...it'll settle down.
Meantime, I'd do a nute change...and get your humidity (and humility?) up

Some ferts. have buffers that will keep your Ph in balance
You will need to get it up to 250 - 300 PPM. for them to work.
Otherwise you will get bounce.
Also at these low numbers you will need to replace your res sooner ie. once a week. or else the Ph will rise again.
On the bright side. I have no idea what the spots are. Possibly rough handling..:eyesmoke:
