There's no doubt then! Temps in the low 60s will lock out Phosphorus and Potassium causing heavy damage! And don't get me wrong FF is great soil. Also seedlings don't get that big in bad "hot" soil. I bet my ass temps are playing the main role at killing your gals!

Ya I kinda had a feeling it was gunna be the tempature too. The first week I put them outside it got as hot as 89F but this whole week it's been pretty cold an windy at nite. Is their anything you guys would suggest I should do? Would the well o waters or something like that work?? Or should I just ride it out an go with out it an see what happens? Sorry for all the noob questions id just hate to see them just go to waste.

a wall-o-water is meant for this exact purpose. you fill the thing full of water, put it around the plant...sun heats water...water keeps plant warm. If it was 65 out I'd just take a milk jug, cut it in half and take the top part( where you pour milk from) pop it over the plant, I do this with my outdoor start for my garden in the spring.

But I feel the safest route is to put them in a window, or under a light inside until they snap back to reality.

Its both temps and them being thrown out into the weather without hardening they had 80 something in the straight sun and then dropping to what low 60's in the first few days.

They will make it no worries.

As far as the soil goes there is so much crap being thrown around on here I would LOVE to have a expert soil grower that really knows WTF about soil and help us out here.

'Ive been watering with bottled water (KIRKLAND SIGNATURE PREMIUM DRINKING WATER)'
Kirkland-Signature-Premium-Drinking-WA-3-16.jpg

Is it normal for water to have these ingredients? Mine dosen't, would this affect the soil/plant in any way? Just a thought.

Ingredients

Original Ingredient Statement
Purified Water, Potassium Bicarbonate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Calcium Citrate, Sodium Chloride and Magnesium Oxide

Says the water is reverse osmosis water as far as i can see too.

Well I went to home depot, lowes, and OSH to see if they had that wall o waters stuff but none of them new what I was talkin about so I did what you said an cut those milk jugs up an hopefully that should work. An ya the only reason I'm using bottled water is because on a survey our city tap water (city of san Jose) ranked in the 3rd worst for drinking water in the nation! An also I was lookin at my babys an I could see they are starting to develop Lil buds at the top? U could see the two Lil white hairs Is this a good or bad thing?

sure is, means shes a female. I couldnt imagine she'd start budding yet....showing sex yes. IDK about growing outside in cali though.

If you consider how many bottles of water you will buy....save the same amount, you will have a RO filter in no time.

I've only found wall-owaters online, or at outdoor nurseries, if they dont have them, they can order them.
