whats wrong with my girls

hello, i have three auto northern lights that i started as seedlings on thanksgiving. take a look at the pics and tell me what you think. they are indoors in a tent, 75*f 55%humidity, slight breeze on them. i have a triple led with basically one citi 1212 over each plant at 80watts. i have been about 24-30 inches away. felt 7 gallon pots with black gold soil and some vermiculite. i did not rinse the soil when i started, germed in water then a paper towel and planted. im running 24 hour light. i had only watered about every 30 hours when starting and only doing a little around the sprout. i did a larger water 5 days ago with 2 liters per pot and then i did 4 liters a pot yesterday morning. the first set of leafs are curling inward and clawing with some very small yellow/brown discoloration spots on a few leafs. i have used only room temp well water i let sit out for a day or two in the open. what should i do?

switch to 18/6, dont over water, keep an eye on the new growth. guessing here but maybe the plant doesnt dig that led being so small right now and being on 24 wouldnt help that, and thats a guess cuz i dont know what or how bright that light is. but the new growth doesnt seem bothered

bernie420, i think you may be on to something. the new growth does not show anything unusiul but as the growth ages it starts to get the spots. i haven't watered sense i may have over watered. i did that because i was concerned that i had not socked the soil before i planted them and i wanted all the dirt to have been moist so the roots could grow into it. i think it would have been better to do that before i planted them. i have also elevated the pots an inch off the pan and added another fan to help dry them out. i think the three 1212 3500k cob's running at 2100ma 24/7 may bee to much. i raised the lights up quite a bit but it not change it anything so i have lowered them back down some. would it hurt them now to switch to a 20 on 4 off cycle to try and relieve stress or should i just maintain the pattern at this point? the soil still seems a tad moist two inches down but i think i may water a little today. i did get a ph probe and checked my water to find it was about 6.9. what are your thoughts, is it ok to just cut the old curled up first leafs off to let the new growth be left or should i just leave it be?

here is a picture of them today, i think im going to water them a bit. look at all the spots on the one. i had been spraying them with water spray bottle but i have stooped that. could those spots bee from the water spray? why is the one so small, they all germed at the same time and have the same light on them? i also added a mint plant to the room, maybe some sort of northern lights mint? is that how it works? just rub the lotion on the skin?

7 liter posts of dirt require 1.75 litres of water each time you water.
You should note the approximate weight of your 7 litre pot of dry soil
then add 1.75 litres all at once and note the weight once again.
dont add any water until the heavy pot is light again. This is optimal for
your soil web as well as your plant roots.
The roots dont care if the soil is wet or dry two inches down, only your finger cares strangely.
remove dying leaves, no need to let well water sit before using.

thanks, i will pick the no good leafs. i have 7 gallon pots not 7 liter pots.

(1/4 the soil volume) 1.75 gallons of water added to 7 gallons of soil each time the soil is dry and the container is light, right before the plant wilts

Black Gold Soil has almost NOTHING for Ferts. Feed those plants 1/2 strength nutes.
When I use BG for my Peppers, I HAVE to feed with in a week of planting. Water by weight not date, this soil will stay moist for a week or more.

Thanks, I have not looked into any nuts yet. Can someone recommend some amazon friendly nuts and a schedule I should use? Thanks
