They don’t look bad, you definitely have to up pot and they’ll be fine. Good luck - Add some perlite to help with drainage.

Also looks like heat stress. Raise or dim the lights. Too much light will kill a plant. Also agree that the speed bumps show over watering.

Our guess would have also been a little too much watering.

Be careful about delaying care of your plants. Even one day can set them back in the long run. Just some food for thought down the line.

Yeah, too much water and the light could be too close. Where's it at distance wise? Might help to put a fan on it too.

theyre root bound,need transplanting.
the plants in pictures 3 and 6 look like mutants, but they might grow out of it.
reduce the light schedule to 20/4 or 18/6,cannabis plants can only use so much light per day,so 24 hours of light is not needed.
oh and I don't know exactly what medium youre using, but if youre growing in good soil, then after transplant into good size pots, you shouldn't need to feed anything for atleast a week or 2,there should already be enough food in the soil.

Stop over watering
I agree its overwatering and dont re pot yet, they are no where near rootbound, not healthy enough or drinking enough to be rootbound.
