why are you waiting a few days add in some K and add in microbes
Microbes ??? K? I’m new kinda and also my plants are showing first signs of sugar leaves !.....

To the OP. As others here have said, Fox Farms Ocean Forest is a "hot" growth medium - it is precharged with a lot of nutrient. Depending on the volume of soil you're growing in, you may not need to add more nutrients for the duration of the grow. Your plants will use what they want to use and adding excess nutrient won't make them use more. Ask a commercial grower. It can be a commercial cannabis grower or a commercial tomato grower. Commercial growers - the good ones - are sensitive to profit margin. There is an optimum amount of nutrient a plant will use and anything more is just money down the drain.
The good news is, you've done the right thing by flushing and then watering. Try just adding water. Your plants will grow just fine. They'll "let you know" if they need anything else. You may need to amend the soil with cal/mag once before the end of the grow. 600 ppm epsom salt in water will do the trick. If they look like they're missing something else toward the end of the grow, hit them with 700-800 ppm of bloom nutrient. Then back to water.
There are a lot of people here who will disagree with me but there are equal numbers of people who throw a bunch of stuff at their plants then wonder why the plants are suffering. You're much better served jarring up a couple ounces of passable bud on your first couple of grows and optimizing as you gain experience.

There's guys on this site that literally get paid 10s of 20s of thousands of dollars for there advice !!!! so when you take into account they don't get dick shit for giving advice on this site , and half the people they give advice too just turn around and don't listen anyway , and that it is extremely obvious that no effort was put fourth by anyone who doesn't give all the info at the beginning of a post because evenn just a little searching and reading will produce enough complaints of that stuff not being given , and then the new age of butt hurt tards who think there just entitled to what they wan t and if it's not delivered with smiley faces and rainbows then "how dare you " ....... It's a wonder people get answered period ,
now that's funny you say that because where I hang out in this site people get along fine , but even when they dont , so what it's over in 5 seconds and back to the good stuff !! I believe that's because if you show that your not a spoiled little girl , the respect and knowledge sharing is overwhelming .some people realize how in valuable these people are .....and some don't .......I sure as hell DO!!!!
OP next time you have a problem just give every bit of info that you can ,be patient ,and grateful and you will see for yourself .....just my two cents

and some microbes ...maybe with a touch of unsulphered molasses since your in flower to feed the microbes.
basically you dont have to do anything being mid flower except try to learn to feed your next set better so this doesnt happen again.
You will get by with doing nothing other than what you have been doing.

Molasses is just regular old unsulphered molasses. "Microbes" can be a product like Great White, or Recharge, or a million others. As a newbie I'd just get a product like Great White that has Mycos, PGPRs, and Trichoderma all in one, just get the smallest bottle of it. For molasses, less is more, try 1 tsp per gallon.

Since your in flower right now the molasses would just be to feed your microbes to keep them going because the plant stops/slows down feeding them in late flower to conserve resources for the bud development.
the guy above answered your microbe question I guess . I like the Raw brand and if you get the raw brand get the bloom and use that in veg and bloom as their veg and bloom products are too similar it justify buying both types.
as far as those pics you posted in latest post I cant recommend either of them I dont think the first pic is a microbe product and I dont like liquid microbe products unless its hydroguard.
go on the youtube and search harley smith and watch all those videos not stoned and then watch them all again. Get your learn on. Plenty of good growers post on youtube if you can find them alot of shitty growers too. pick the right ones to watch and get info from.
i just whipped up a concoction 2ml calmag 2ml bloom .5 mL gro 2 mL Tiger Bloom gonna feed when pot is light still kinda heavy from recent flushing! that feed sound good?

Yeah..... what your happened to your plant for whatever reason happened...some sort of thing...then you flushed it and now its starving on top of your thing..flushing was good to reset the pot now you need to feed it and add in some microbes top dressing earth worm castings will give you some microbes fyi...then leave it alone adding a feeding doesnt matter its already wet...microbes are key
Your concoction seems ok no micro? dont know the npk of those things
General Feeding:
- 2-3 teaspoons (10-15 mL) per gallon
Watch all these videos twice two times. Start at video 7 then watch the rest of the others or not watch them but video 7-13 are the ones. Don;t think about growing weed think about just growing a plant and how it all works together.
Less is more. Once it all comes together you wont even worry what your plant looks like or some thing happened or is happening cuz you're able to figure out what happened and why and know how to fix it. If you can remember half of what he says in those videos you'll be ahead of the curve.
you should look into a better light. Not impressed with how bright it looks in the pics. The light drives the whole process. And i doubt your getting a qp out of it not that you fucked up the yield cuz you grew a small plant and your light.
Cant learn if you don;t fail.
