Hi guys!

I'm having a little problem. As you can see in the pictures some of the leafs are getting "rusty" between the vains and i cant figure out what it really is. I first thought i had a PH problem, but its adjusted. What do you think?

EC value is good. PH good. Tempature good.

haha yeah i was thinking the same thing! so if the PH was the problem i would wait a few days to see if it changes. Today it's still a problem so maybe Calmag is the solution. Thx guys :)

So i got an update on how things are going. Seems like the problem that were at hand is now gone but another one has come up. 20150504_024308.jpg 20150504_024316.jpg 20150504_024324.jpg 20150504_024337.jpg

As you can see the are between the veins of the leafs are yellowing. It's happening to the Top-Leafs. The really young ones twist and curl a little. Some of the lower leafs have dropped.

Im using the growguide from Canna. 125 ml Aqua flores A+B/ for 40 Litres. 90 ml Cannazym. 15 ml rhizotonic.

Ph value is stable at 5.7

Watering every 6 hours for 15 minutes.

So what's the problem? Looks like they have some kind of nutrient deficiency. What do you think?

I don't use hydro, so can't say much on that. But I were you with those plants I'd still be adding calmag. A higher dose maybe.

Ok! but if it's a magnesium deficiency wouldn't the lower leafs getting yellow before the top leafs?

I looked up sulfur, iron and zinc deficiency. Could it be any of those nutrients?

Yes yes totally it's a mobile disease. unless it's TMV(sarcasm) it looks like calmag will fix it. Not sure why, someone more experienced will tell you why, but my gut tells me that screams calmag.

I appriciate your answer, i will give cal/mag 3 days from today and see if they change.

How much is appropiate for 40 litres of water? the label says 0.5-1 ml per litre.

So I use gallons, and it depends on how far along your plant is. During week 1 and 2 of flower I add 1/2 teaspoon per gallon, then week 3-4 I add 1 teaspoon per gallon and hold it there through week 6 then usually stop. (This is of course along with all the other bloom nutes, which also start off light and get more concentrated as the plant grows up)

Now I can do the math for you:

1 gallon = 3.785L
1 teaspoon = 4.9 (something something) mL

So you can do 4.9ml to 3.78L max dosage and be good.

Cut 4.9 in half and keep your 3.78L the same in the future for starting dosage.
