first that pot is huge, so when ya water, the plant has to reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeach for nutrients, so 2 things happen: it will focus on growing roots instead of ´soil up vegetation´ and it will struggle for nutes!

2nd, check ph, and then yea, add a little nutes.

and if you hardly water, perhaps drainage is low or heat is low. i try using about 50% mix of soil to vermiculite/perlite to ensure excellent drainage. i also keep temps at 75-80. any less and i turn on the space heater for them

hey. i got ph up /down in the mail. i think its like 7.2 right now. but i got them in miracle grow potting mix at the moment. they are inside 16 oz red dixie cups. Also in the mail i got fox farm Ocean Water (sp) coming. i hope this all helps! the other baby looks so healthy. but this one looks retarded

A plant that young and in miracle grow would not have a N def, you prob stressed her with sufler which would account for slow growth. repot into a smaller pot and flush her good and proper, bury that stem. Apart from stretch she looks fine to me. More light.

Well her sister looks Great. the two turned 90% yellow. But i got lucky and saved them. so if it wasnt Nitrogen then what? cause it made them start growing again and green. i just added my 2X 40w bulbs :D
EDIT: i just recently orderd Fox Farm Grow big nutes, FF ocean soil and ph up/down. current ph is 7.2 :(
