Whats wrong with this baby?

Hi,

I need help with one of my girls. She sprouted on the side of the pot about 2.5 weeks ago. I am using a 250W MH light and she is getting water with a half dose of nutrients. A few days ago it got a brown spot on one of her leaves and growth has been stunted by this. What can i do to fix this problem?

Its too young to use nutes, flush the soil.

What kind of potting mix are you using
