I didn't give them much water i just keep the medium moist

So u think i should return it to coco or what? This peat is not holding moisture too long maybe because of perlites that I've added

if you had pythium, then you still have it. Even if its another mold causing rot or damping off, its kind of irrelevant. The problem is still there and is causing you issues. Ive found coco to be especially prone to these issues and peat moss would probably be worse because of its extra water retention characteristics. For me it seems to attack younger plants the worse, as they get bigger they still are effected but they dont die as easily, its more reduced harvest and hermies. Im having a lot of luck treating my grow with dutch master zone and sm-90 mixed. There are other methods to deal with this but my advice is to stick with the dead rez methods and dont bother with beneficial bacteria or enzymes.

Whats ur advice for medium?
Personally i want to grow 2 seedlings in forest soil/perlite and 1 in coco/peat/perlite
I believe that mold signs and damp off appeared because i buried the stem 1-2 inches when i noticed or just thought they're stretching

for seedlings i start with 40 watt cfl the after a few days 100 watter never ever ever 600 watter on that wasted electric and hurts the little one

the plant has to strong of air circulation from being able to keep green for a really dialed in situation no fan recomender 40 watt t5 at this stage in she will bouce back

any of those will work, Id add extra perelite though because it will help your medium dry out faster, which helps prevent rot and promote root growth.

There are two methods to dealing with rot, IMO. Either you go soil with tons of benificials, or you go soiless and run a dead rez. All your cuttings and seedlings should be treated with some sort of sterilizing agent also.

hot water kills the rhyzosphere which is the circle of life for the roots man always try near 68-72f for a healthy grow and since in dirt i recommend afill top inch of pot with hydroton or pumus on top of the dirt to prevent splashing dirt and exposing the roots just less messy i find and less moisture lost from transpiring wasted water into the air

At the very least all living or organic materials from outside your grow area should be quarantined for a period before introducing them to your grow area.

No growth as u see
Thats a 400w i current my self

I didn't say i flushed the plant
I flushed the medium before planting
Did i wrong?

yeah as flushing(rinsing with hot water) the dirt kills the microbes if it has them in it if not you have to put them in but then it would be fine by adding them in

definitely use your cfl if a t5 put it about 6 inches from the seedling should get you through

as a learning curve i stick with cfl for seedlings until i get about to the third set of branches the use stronger

ayou might be able to but the plant wont be happy for a little while do to dealing with the stress but she should be ok under the 400 watter but better healthier under 40 watter

Hmmm so tell me how much watts for this baby and 4 more girls?
I have 1x40w 2x36w and a few 29w

i would put the 40 watter on them and a 36 watter on them about 6 or 7 inches above the plant until you see side branches then jump the baby to a 400watter in say 14 days maybe 18days it will be prime for takeoff because as of now she is trying hard to create roots to support the uptake of water and it cant keep up with the light intensity yet but she will of course very soon
