Organic soil it's first time almost dieing was a over moisture/humidity issue and looked like a wet limp sponge took it out of the dome and cup transplanted it stopped watering it for a few days it perked back up and still perks up when the light is on but looks like It wants to go out back and shoot itself and i water between 3 and 5 days depending on the 3 strains i have going along with different buckets for each nutrient requirement and keep the top soil damp

It also vegged the same way it looks now even with its 2nd week never got its color back and the leaves started to curl first few days into flower and always looked droopy and limp at night and perks up just a little during the day

What are the temperature ranges and RH in that area?
What is the ventilation situation? Any fans in there?

Oscillating fan and fresh air intake humidity when I was away for a few days reached around 80+ humidity in the dome and temp spiked because my timer faulted and my mh stayed on for 24 hrs for a little over 2 days

Gosh, that sounds OK, ish. I don't know man, that looks pretty odd to me. Hate to say it, but if the other plants are OK then I'd take an almost blind guess and say you have root problems of some kind.

Take some pics during lights on to compare. My guess is the are much more perky overall. And the lower leaves will still be dark green and clawing. Lights on picture would be nice.

1. I think your plants are being over watered, I just took a quick look at the pics didn't quite read through all the posts, but at a quick glance let them dry pretty well before watering, just water until you can see the water first trickling out of the bottom. Make sure its not to humid in the room and also you want a lot of light, with temps being below 77. This will help plants to dry out, make sure you have a shit ton of circulation and run co2 if you can. Make sure all your pots have enough holes on bottom add some if you have to you want the water to drain properly, don't back your soil too tight and don't use soil that is too dense, if you have to mix coco with fox farm.

2. with the gnat problem you want to use onyx all natural spider mite spray, this stuff does wonders, keeps your leaves green and healthy it has oils that are great for leaf shine. It stops powder mold and other molds. It also kills bugs and keeps them away. I use this throughout my grow spray a other week and never have bug or mold problems.
