Whats wrong with this plant? On CFL's

So I think there is something wrong with my plant, The leaves are starting to like twist somewhat, and turn crispy like they feel really dried out.
But the soil is still damp, I gave it was on Friday.
Heres some pictures of the plant, please let me know asap.

Also is there something wrong with the leaf that has the spots on it? Could it be a disease?

As in spider mites or similar you need a magnifying glass they're on the bottom of the leaves and extremely tiny. They'll keep a plant on the verge of death and completely stunt growth.

I havent gave it any nutes, No nothing yet. Its just doing its thing.
Im ordering some fox farms big bloom, and grow big soon.
Was thinkin about gettin some nutes as well.
What do you recommend?

Neg, I didn't see anything on the back of each leaf. I used a good magnifying glass, nothing was there.

It looks like its fine. Possibly overwatered a little. Don't give it any nutes yet. If its in good quality soil its got plenty for now.

It was in some shit soil that was out side in a pot for awhile.
So today I transplanted it to another bigger pot, with really good soil for moisture called Moisture Control, Miracle Grow soil.
Very good stuff, my out door plants love it.
