What’s wrong with this plant...

This is gorilla glue from seed. It has been about a month behind the other strains in growth from the time the seeds sprouted. Is this a genetic mutation or sum type of dwarf plant. It seems healthy but every leaf is twisted and deformed.

What size pot is it in, it looks like a really small pot.

5 gal. There are 6 other plants, 5 different strains, grown with exact same process that look completely normal.

Possible, but when it was first planted it had nice white roots poking out of the root plug. It has been a really odd plant from the beginning. I almost threw it out.
