it looks light a possible light bleaching. what are you using for lights.
also looks like a sulfur deficiancy but not sure, ive never seen that before. check in here, but dont do anything to your plant until you get some more experienced answers.

Its iron diff....buy some cal/mag add 10ml per gal tell it stops, then just use 5ml per gal..add it when u water every time..good luck.. Meangreen.

its a calcium magnesium supplement that has iron in it too..most water doesnt have anuff in it for growing pot..iron diff always start on the top of the plant thats how u can tell..u can spot most diff by were they start ( bottom or tops of plants)...meangreen.

might have something to do with the light change.... like a ginger in the dark, then going outside and getting sun burnt??

Light change.
Personally I think the plant looks pretty funky haha.
My top 2 or 4 leaves always tart out brighter thn the rest, but then they go dark after they get a bit sizable.

yeah buckd trust me its iron diff..i have a plant that eats cal/mag like crazy so ive seen it alot before i know what it was..its gets the worst when they go in to flower....meangreen
