I've got a fastbud at about 3 weeks old right now....sure doesn't look like yours! It appears you've got over-nute prob also. Good luck on fixin' her. I'm counting on some good bud from mine adn sweet seeds becoming a new strain on my fav auto list. I have mine alongside a speed devil2 also. Good luck on your FB...

could it be that i dont have a light right above it? got them all around the sides
It could be that too.. it sounds like it's multiple things, unfortunately. The parts of the plant that don't get light won't photosynthesize and therefore won't promote growth.. but you are definitely over-watering. Water heavily every 3 days or until the top inch or two of soil is dried out. If I could give you any advice it would be to invest in a 400w system or more. The light is more usable, cover a greater area, and are more efficient (lumens to watts).

I have 2 of these: http://www.amazon.com/Digital-Switchable-Ballast-Reflector-GYO-2002/dp/B003810CVA/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1293196144&sr=8-1

1 for vegging, 1 for flowering. Each unit comes with a MH bulb and an HPS bulb and can take both. It really is a great unit for the price. Good luck!
