What's Wrong?

My girl's have been flowering for 31 days and in the last 3 or 4 days there hasn't been much growth.
Is this normal for this part of flowering?
Will it grow anymore in height?
HELP!

By the way I'm growing Northern Lights...it seems awfully short!
Most pics I see on here are much taller.

yup...after a month or so in flowering its normal for your plants to stop growing up and focus more on flower production...yer good man :D

So you are saying that I shouldn't expect anymore growth in height. And the flowering production will increase even more!
If I let it veg a little longer, would it grow taller and give me more bud? They vegged for 43 days and I thought that was too long.
I did start these girls with CFL's for the first 30 days of veg. Do you think that caused the lack of height?
No more CFL's I stepped it up to 175 MH for Veg. and 400 HPS for flowering, do you think the next batch will have more growth due to the modifications?

after the "stretch" which is the period right after you induce flowering, the plants have a burst in height, usually doubling or tripling in size. when this period ends the plant no longer produces new branches or leaves, it focuses solely on flower and/or seed production the remainder of it's life.

There is usually a proportion to root growth to plant height...in veg its constantly making a larger root structure and the plant gets taller...once you flip into flowering and the transition period from veg to flower is over and the plant starts to focus on flower production more the root system slows its growth and in turn the vegetative growth slows(slows growing taller) and your flowers start to plump...

You don't want to switch back to veg at this point as there would be another transition period to put it back to veg of 2-3 weeks and you would be stressing the plant out :) Just keep it going in flower and harvest :)

When does this "stretch period" occur? It's been 31days into flowering and there has been growth since switching over but nothing drastic.

It's already happened by now unless you have light leaks, the "stretch" starts instantly when the plant notice a change in photoperiod, and it last anywhere from 10-21 days depending on strain.
