They dont seem healthy, whats wrong ?

they look ok, a little overfed so drop nutes slightly.

Lower leaves will yellow and eventually fall off. Perfectly natural.

Looks like you got mold on top of your soil from overwatering and not enough light or air circulating. Try a wider pot that's not too deep and don't water too often. Blowing a fan the opposite direction will suck out the flying nats that try to breed in moldy top soil.
