Realistically it would take 14-21 days to truly show sex on plants if you were to have taken a cutting while still in veg you could have flowered that and you have known for sure
 
Lol, mature plants show sex. Takes 5-6 weeks. They won't flower until they are mature. If you put them in before, they take 14-21 days or more to show, or longer.
Boys tend to show first, ime. They need the head start to get above the girls so they can spoot all over.
