When can i begin 12/12 after I supercropped?

Been vegging for 45 days and was about to go 12/12 when I read about supercropping. Everyone seemed to praise that method so I decided to try it out. Then...the day after, I heard that you should keep them in veg for 4-6 weeks more, before flowering, when u have supercropped?

Second question: When I supercropped I squeezed the main stem til I heard a crackling sound, and then I carefully bent it sideways, but should I do this more, on more places? Where in that case? Side-stems? Or main stem?

I agree. A week of recovery is fine.

As for the question of whether you should do it any more, only you can answer that one. It's a question of how much branching you would like, and whether you want one dominant cola at the top, or many smaller ones..

I supercrop my mother plants lots, and usually have around 10 main growth tips at equal level, rather than one or two dominant ones. I recommend a touch of LST in addition to supercropping. The longer you can keep the main tip down, the more the lower ones will flourish.

This is all grow-specific though. Only you can decide how you want your plants to end up.
