When can i flower after topping?

Hey my plants are 3 weeks old, but are very small. They just finally recovered after my noob mistakes such as waiting to long to transplant, overwatering and nute deficiency. They are recovering and i'm happy about that! Anyway, i just topped them and i was wondering how long should i wait before i change into flowering? I really want to flower as soon as possible for a number of reasons. thanks

i'd veg for another 1 - 2 weeks, but thats just my plan lol.

u can do it, it might just get stressed and have slowed growth for awhile.

Give at least 1-2 weeks to be sure she recuperates well.
