Hi - not exactly helping you here - but I've had problems using neem oil - not sure if I'm using too much - but I recently sprayed and now I have real bad leaf curl. Have u used it yet or had any other advice?
I put a couple drops of neem oil in a spray gun with some warm water and a few drops of washing up detergent. Shake it between sprays. And oh , I just learnt that you should dispose of any unused solution - ie. not use it the next day - make a fresh batch.

Yes you can. You can spray it lightly making sure to concentrate on the underside of the leaves. You can either spray applicate per instructions or dip it in a diluted mix per instructions. I dip my clones while they're small if they show signs of mites.
You can also add a drop or two of biodegradable dish soap to the mix.

i haven't used it yet but i also realized that when they plants get air from the fan there are no mites on the leaves. is it okay to use the neem oil with palmolive dish washing soap antibacteria ? from what i read on you are suppose to mix 1 liter warm water 8ml cold pressed neem, and 5ml liquid soap. make sure oil is not cloudy which means its to cold. look for soap bubbles and shake it till it looks milky, spray and keep shaking. repeat every 3 days for 2 weeks.. i hope thats correct from what i have read.
p.s after neeming the plant do i need to flush the soil and wait till leaves dry ? i am also gonna try testing it on one of my other plants that started to grow all over the place looking weird because i am scared to ruin the healthy looking one.. share some advice people. thanks

I don't recall spraying with Neem that early myself. But of all the insecticides out there, Neem is the only one I would trust at that stage. I've found it to be easy on the plants, and it seems the plants respond well to it. If I have a bit left over in the spray bottle, I will either spray the dirt at the base of the plant, or just pour it into the dirt. It's supposedly good for your plant.
I just use the dosage per the instructions that come with it. Good luck.

Your instructions are right along the lines of mine. It's great you know about cold pressed neem being more effective. Just leach/flush the soil once a month as usual. The leaves will dry after you spray. Before, I would say at the latest your second week of flowering stop spraying with the neem and spray/wash the plant to rid any contaminants in the neem that you don't want on your buds. And yes, if you're unsure about the results the neem oil will give test on your less appealing plants. Hope I helped. Goodluck.
