When do I go to 12/12

My plants are two weeks old. Growing under cfl duel spectrum full hydro. 6.25ph 80 degrees. They are about 4" tall with 6 big leaves. I'm on 18/6 right now**

1. can I transplant to soil
2. when do I change to a 12/12 cycle
3. what type of soil do you recomend and where would one find it.

yeas u can trans plant get a soiles mixx with good drainage u can go to flowering when u want its up to the grower i recommend 4 weeks

4 weeks is good if your using CFL. the longer you veg the more bud you'll get, but only if you have enough light for a big plant. for CFLs you're probably good going 4 weeks veg.

I'm on 18/6 right now,

my plant was 6in tall. compact with 10 nodes. now its day 53 of flower, 25in tall with a 12in cols and some side buds. depends how big u want ur plant.

Go another month then flower due to the little amount of light you have

one thing though you seem to have two different lights as far as color

look at the first pic the left is reddish and the right is blue

put the blue over your plants thats for veg

def blue over the plants and get two more lights atleast it will help alot

Thank you. I'm building a cabinet for an 600watt hps for a flowering chamber, What do i change the lighting to in order to flower? 12/12? I thought it was 4/20. This setup im using for seedlings only. I plan to trans to soil and seperate veg and flower chamber.

You won't get any bud until you have pre-flowers around fourth or sixth node, unless you start from a clone of a pre-flowered plant.

is 12/12 better than say 14/10 or 13/11 ?

you dnt want to do the 13/11 or that 12/12 cause simulates the change of season from summer to fall and triggers the flowering cycle

Due to lack of lots of lighting I'm going to 20/4 for at least another 5 weeks. I'm thinking of transplanting into soil any comments?

i have mine on 18/6 and i started mine in soil from what ive read it should do fine. bud plants r really adaptable for the most part.
