When do stop the tie down LST and let her grow?

That other pot that it will be growing over is only there to hold the tie downs its not being used to grow anything

Are you sure she has not started to flower yet? I would definitely remove the second non sense container, it only cause watering issues since you can not move the plant and she has to sit in runoff and probably forget about LST for now, you have made more than enough. My concern would be to get her back to happiness asap as @twentyeight.threefive pointed out…
