When do we turn the light on?

We have had mixed reviews on when to turn our lights on I was hoping someone could help me out a bit. Here are some pics of the grow and its environment as of today

Led your only light? Lower it and stick it on now be fine.

You need to stick it on as soon as they break the soil.

I turn it on as soon as I plant the seed so when it sprouts the light is ready.

Shoulda been on as soon as you put them seeds in the coir. I know it's LED,
but the heat will help them, the light will guide them where to go.

O_O omg. Well They just broke soil two days ago so hopefully its not too late. They look pretty healthy though. Thank you so much! More pics soon. The box looks so sick with the light on

And yes LED is our only light. We only plan on doing one plant for now since its our first.

I know its your first but look into either ScrOG or LST. Do not let your plants get more than one foot tall, as some have done to their demise. I think its so silly to see a 4 or 5 foot plant under an LED setup, hell, I wouldn't let mine get that tall with a 600 hps. Stake it down, try to spread her flat.
I did notice its a cabinet, so height, maybe heat will be your only problems.

i turned my led on once i planted the popped seed in the soil. normally my seedlings stretch an inch or two but with the led set up its barely standing at a cm. its my first led grow so im interested in your grow. keep us updated!

Lamps went on last night and it looks like they are taking to the light with no problems. Leaves forming and no signs of stress from what we can tell. I raise seedlings under CFL lights. Start the light while they are under the soil; the heat will tell them which way to grow. Keep the soil moist until they pop. I loosely place a sandwich bag over each seedling for humidity. I remove the sandwich bag once they look hardy enough to survive. I put them under High Intensity Discharge (HID) lights at 6" or so.
