When do you say a plant is "flowering"?

Ok, can I call it MY transitional phase for nuting, too? :D

The way things are going with the majority of these girls, I'm just going on the assumption that once I started to be able to see their hairs with my naked eye (not using a jeweler's loupe), then that's pretty much "in flower". It's a good thing I've made notes. Then I colored all the girl tabs pink.

I have one CIxBB and the Papaya who are going nucking futz. I hope I get a couple of ounces from each one (dried), as that would surely come close to kicking ass. :D
