when does flowering start?

Hey guys,
So i switched to 12/12 a few days ago and THE FEMALE PISTILS ARE SHOWING ON ALL OF THEM!!! i got allll females up in here! :P the reason im posting this is to see if maybe is should worry if this is happening so fast... i know its supposed to take a week or so no? i vegged for almost a month and im doing it all under ds hps...

Hey man just wanted to say thanks and give +rep now that i can for all the help in the beginning (Still using that light graph you posted) so thanks man your advice really helped me along the way... :peace: & :joint:

EDIT : Tried to give rep but it says i cant for now for some reason :(

all strain dependent, some will pop in days, some weeks. If you read a flowering time (like breeders give), that is from the first day they got 12 hours of darkness. You can measure it however you want, but if you want to compare it to the standard everyone else is using, go by when you flip 12/12.

Yup if you see white hairs then your flowering. And a two week period of half grow and bloom is normal. I use a 1 to 7 as soon as I see white hairs till the end of life.

the hairs on your girls is prably pre flowers from a 4 week veg period thats not uncommon just means you got it going smoothly and they are more than ready for flowering and congrats on all them being girls lol thats always nice.

my plants show preflowers before i flower them and go into full flowering mode after a few days of being switched to 12/12. This doesnt seem unreasonable to me at all. Your plants were mature and ready to flower. Good job.
