i'm watching a replay of todays Subway Jalapeno 250 in Daytona. just started actually. lap 2 as i post this.

That's fine, please read the part where I said that while most rednecks are wannabe racecar drivers and racing fans, that by no means means that all racing fans or racecar drivers are rednecks. I said it in plain english so please stop attempting to manipulate the situation in a vain attempt to justify inappropriate behavior on behalf of moderators. You can't justify what isn't just. Period.

There is nothing to conceal. You were name calling, a mod came in and saw it and you were banned for disrespecting, I am sorry it has hurt your feelings. There is 0 tolerance for any bullshit in the chat.
Why do you have to bring this out to the forums?

I made a nasty comment but I didn't call anyone a name and if you look at the context in which I made that comment, ie about 4 people calling me MrMcDouche, veilled insults such as "One of those 'rednecks' will kick the shit out of you someday", and dozens of other insults coming from about 4 trolls at the same time it doesn't take a rocket scientists to figure out that a double standard was employed.

I already asked you to prove your allegations with logs, so why are you refusing to do this? I am calling your credibility into question so why don't you put up? BTW, before you had said that I called a moderator a name. Is your story changing now?

If you don't like the way the community is reacting then there is a simple solution. Use your banstick more judiciiously and don't employe double standards.

I am an activist. Protests and petitioning, speaking out against unfairness....these are all things that I do and I am good at them.

EDIT: 0 tolerance? That's pretty funny. Yet you haven't disputed my claims that I was called names. Thank you for reinforcing my position by ignoring that and refusing to post evidence.

I am bringing it out on the forums so that the community can react to it however they will. People are far more likely to be honest when things like this are brought out into the open. Enough protests from other members of the community and moderators who are tempted to abuse their powers will think twice before they treat other members unfairly. It is a worthy cause.

The culprits still remain at large, fouling up your IRC. That isn't fair. There is a reason why no one is volunteering logs. This is why.

We can disagree with people but when personal attacks start flying around, that is when things get ugly and people get kicked out or banned. I personally do not think you should have been banned, maybe a warning to cool of that fight.

Well then, I was wrong because neither Chiceh nor you banned me, nor were either of you there when all this stuff happened.

Chiceh: Ordinarily, I don't know that he would have banned me but he was still all upset about the redneck comment. I tried to explain what I meant by it but either he missed it because chat was so heated and people were typing so fast or else he just didn't believe it. I really do not feel that the redneck comment was out of line at all. My other suggestion to one of the trolls was absolutely out of line. I lost my cool but if you take into account the context of it it becomes evident that it was not unprovoked. Everyone gets to a certain point and it happens much quicker when you have 4-5 incessant trolls, flaming you at the speed of light. Know what I mean?

Oh yeah same here. Can't wait for these babies to finish. I am REALLY having difficulty with wanting to cut off more branches. The effects are amazing compared to the bagseed that I have grown and right now it's only just shy of 5 weeks into flowering. There is a lot left to go, though I hear it isn't unheard of for blue cheese to finish before the 8 week mark that the breeder touts.

I have seen people flower these under a 600w and they finished after only 42 days of flowering!!! Isn't that nuts?

Anyway, I'm not holding my breath. I expect it to take the entire 8 weeks, maybe a little longer. At least, that is what I hope because even though I want to smoke like, yesterday, I know the yield will increase dramatically if I can permit it to grow for another 3 weeks.

The irony here is that I even pointed out how most mods are like that, long before you showed up in this thread. They will defend each other and us misdirection to attempt to place blame on everyone else not matter what another moderator did. That is how this works.
