When hairs start turning brown.....

hi,

a few of my bud hairs are starting to turn brown.

i was wondering.....generally how long 'til harvest?

i'm not using this as an indication of when to chop, i'm using my 100x magnifier for that.

but i haven't checked the trichs properly yet so i was wondering if the changing in the color of the hairs will tell me when to check the trichs?

When the hairs start turning then start checking the trichs, but always go with the trichs, different strains do different things, I've had plants that still had white hairs when the trichs were cloudy/amber then the hairs turned brown after being chopped and dried.

to many variables depends on strain. like Doalude i have a girl thats the opposite almost all hairs have turned brown but most trichs still cloudy very few amber. just check every few days as they start turning check every day thats your best bet
